Anyone who owns, keeps it jealously preserved in their own personal video library. The film goes back to the late '70s, notably in 1976 and starring the young and daring austrian artist Patricia Rhomberg. I saw for the first time "Josefine Mutzenbacher" in the '80s, is a film of german production that has given to Patricia a deserved international reputation and has been translated into english, french and italian. It is the story of a teenager who falls madly in love of sex to become a professional prostitute. In the film Patricia has sex with ten men, there are plenty of erotic scenes at the highest level (among them a foursome of a stunning beauty), reflecting the talent of this exceptional actress and performer. I have my personal version of the film in the original language (german) on VHS but on the net I found one in english, published on a site in full. As for Patricia Rhomberg, we can call her a comet, given her rapid passage into the adult film industry. Few films, a few years of career, but that puts an indelible mark even today among the most talented artists of all time. She ended her parable in porn in 1978 and was dedicated to her profession as a doctor (she graduated in medicine a few years before breaking into movies hardcore). Today she works in a swiss hospital.
